Residential Building Designer and Illustrator
DUTIES: Under direction of licensed architect, research site-specific requirements for building planning. Prepare conceptual drawings, illustrations and construction documents. Apply knowledge of space planning and building design, construction procedures, building materials, municipal and state building codes. Travel to different local projects to conduct on-site inspection and make the necessary changes or additions to plans. Confer with Architects, Engineers, Builders and Developers to coordinate and monitor compliance with the conceptual design.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related discipline and 12 months experience as an Architectural Designer. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD (3D CAD modeling software) Must be willing to frequently travel to various client worksites in Clearwater Fl
