205 6th Ave S is a two-story addition and remodel located in Safety Harbor, designed by our team at TZ Architecture. The project adds 2,306 sq ft to the existing residence, bringing the total area to 4,777 sq ft. Scope includes a new two-car garage with a bonus room and bathroom above, an outdoor living area with a pool bath, and a conceptual pool deck design. The existing home is reconfigured with a new first- and second-floor layout, the conversion of a covered porch into conditioned space, and the addition of a new covered porch connecting to the outdoor living area. The design blends functional expansion with seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living.
